Registration

Choose Delegate Registration if you are attending as a delegate. Chaperone Registration is for those supervising delegates. School Registration is for Model UN clubs registering their school.

NVMUN 2026 has five committees: DISEC, NATO, VCC, FCC and IPC. See the committee pages for topics and background, and ask our chat assistant if you would like help choosing. If you are new to Model UN, we recommend a less geopolitically significant country.

Registration is open now and closes at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on November 13, 2026. The delegate fee is $20 CAD before October 25 (Pacific Time) and $25 CAD from October 25 until registration closes. Submissions and payments after the cutoff cannot be accepted.

Payments are securely processed by Helcim. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as EFT/PAD payments. Other payment methods are not available.

Schools collect delegate fees and will receive an invoice for all registered delegates. Payment is made for the group via the invoice.

Registrations are processed within several business days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

All registration fees are final and non-refundable.

If you wish to change your assignment, reply to your committee assignment email with your preferred committee and country. Changes are at the discretion of our team.

Yes, all delegates must have a chaperone. We recommend a 10:1 delegate-to-chaperone ratio. Without a chaperone, attendance is not permitted and no refund will be issued.

Yes, awards for Best Delegate, Outstanding Delegate, Honourable Mention, and Best Researched are presented in each committee. Award decisions are made by the dais.

Snacks and drinks are available during breaks, and lunch and drinks are provided during the lunch break.
